Service & Repair

Prism Medical UK has the largest network of Service & Repair Engineers in UK operating out of our Regional Service Centres.

We work in partnership with Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and Care Home Groups across the UK to provide them with service and repair solutions.

We offer a range of service & repair packages for all manufacturers moving, handling & bathing equipment - including an emergency call out service 24hrs / 7 days a week / 365 days a year

Our Engineers carry with them a large selection of spare parts normally allowing them to carry out the repair on the first visit. A comprehensive stock of spare parts are available at each of our Regional Service Centres.

Legislation Compliance

We can help ensure you are compliant with all relevant legislation. 

BS EN ISO 10535 : 2006 Hoists for the transfer of disabled persons Requirements & test methods.

All patient lifting equipment must be serviced annually

Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998

Lifting equipment is required to be inspected at 6 monthly intervals & records must be kept of inspections and servicing.
We carry out examinations as stipulated by LOLER Regulations (1998).
